He has a distinguished track record in complex judicial litigation, being responsible for the management, oversight, and strategic planning of high-stakes cases, particularly involving corporate and contractual disputes.
He has taken part in numerous due diligence processes and advised on the acquisition and sale of financial institutions in Brazil.
Paulo also focuses on corporate law, advising foreign companies on market entry and operational structuring in Brazil (foreign investment). He leads mergers and acquisitions transactions, with a particular emphasis on technology, internet, and infrastructure companies.
